The Carer’s Group is a FREE SERVICE.  REFERRAL is NOT required to access our Carer Program. Phone: 9791 1257 to make an appointment.  The ‘Carer Program’ commences with a face to face assessment which utilises MI-CAT (Mental Illness Carer Assessment Tool) to develop a care plan.  Individual and group sessions are available with lived carer experienced facilitators.  The service covers many areas in the South West, face to face, over the telephone and educational programs in person or via ZOOM.

Recovery - The ‘Recovery Program’ commences with a face-to-face assessment, allowing a care plan to be written.  This encompasses all aspects of a person’s life, including their dreams and goals for the future.  To fulfill the plan, recovery staff are allocated to a person to ensure their needs are met, whether that be education, life skills, preparation for employment, meaningful occupation, counselling, health, promoting positive relationships and/or socialising.
